Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Engineering or any related field

  • Licensed Engineer is an advantage but not required

  • Relevant certifications in facilities management or occupational safety are an advantage

Work Experience

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance, property management, or a related field

  • With Experience in a manufacturing, food processing, warehouse, or industrial environment

  • Experience in supervising maintenance personnel, contractors, and service providers budget monitoring and cost control
