Assistant Facility Manager
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Engineering or any related field
Licensed Engineer is an advantage but not required
Relevant certifications in facilities management or occupational safety are an advantage
Work Experience
At least 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance, property management, or a related field
With Experience in a manufacturing, food processing, warehouse, or industrial environment
Experience in supervising maintenance personnel, contractors, and service providers budget monitoring and cost control
