Job Title: IT Intern (Software Developer – Backend & Frontend)

Location: United Nations, Ermita, Manila
Internship Duration: minimum of 300 hours
Work Setup: Full Onsite (Ermita, Manila)
Allowance: Php 300/day (Paid Internship)

Brief Description:

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented IT Interns to join our development team. The interns will gain hands-on experience in both backend and frontend development while working on real-world projects in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining web or desktop applications

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code under the guidance of a supervisor

• Participate in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting system issues

• Support database design and perform basic data management tasks

• Document technical processes, code changes, and system configurations

• Collaborate with senior developers, QA testers, and project managers

• Participate in code reviews and team meetings (Agile/Scrum, if applicable)

Qualifications:

• Currently taking up BS Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• Has exposure to real projects (e.g., school capstone, thesis, or freelance work)

• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team
