Receptionist-Reliever

About the role

Triton Constructions Development Corporation is seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist-Reliever to join our Administration and Office Support team. This is a full-time position based in Ramon Magsaysay Office in Manila City, Metro Manila. As a Receptionist-Reliever, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, visitors, and internal staff, providing exceptional customer service whilst managing administrative duties. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression of our company and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, and contractors with professionalism and courtesy

  2. Answering and directing incoming telephone calls and enquiries to appropriate staff members

  3. Managing reception desk during peak hours and providing cover for the primary receptionist during absences

  4. Scheduling appointments and maintaining an accurate calendar system

  5. Performing data entry tasks and maintaining organised filing systems, both physical and digital

  6. Processing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail distribution

  7. Assisting with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and document preparation

  8. Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional reception area

  9. Liaising with various departments to facilitate visitor check-ins and ensuring compliance with security protocols

  10. Handling basic enquiries regarding company services and directing complex matters to appropriate personnel


What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience working as a receptionist or in a similar front-facing administrative role

  2. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

  3. Professional demeanour and ability to remain calm under pressure

  4. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  5. Proficiency in using office management software, telephone systems, and Microsoft Office applications

  6. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping

  7. Flexible approach to work and willingness to provide relief cover as required

  8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

  9. Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to assist others

  10. Preferred: Experience in the construction or property development industry
