Account Developer
Recruits prospective borrowers and organizes new client centers in line with bank policies and target locations.
Established new centers in assigned areas in accordance with the plans and directives of the Credit Manager.
Initiates and facilitates client meetings, orientations, and field visits to identify and attract potential borrowers, and to assess the clients’ ongoing sources of income.
Grows the client base by establishing strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Actively participates in program-related events and projects.
Assists clients in the completion of all required loan documents, ensuring authenticity and accuracy.
Verifies the legitimacy of submitted IDs, permits, and barangay certifications.
Conducts credit investigations and prepares cash flow analysis and credit scoring.
Ensures timely and complete submission of loan applications for evaluation and approval.
Ensures the proper submission of client documents, including BYA claims and insurance requirements, to the office for processing.
Conducts Compulsory Group Training (CGT) to orient new clients on loan terms, group responsibilities, and payment schedules.
Prints the collection sheet and prepares the materials for collection (TR, DS, center notebook)
Leads and facilitates center meetings and group collections as scheduled.
Ensures proper and sequential receipt of payments; submits daily collection reports with corresponding Receipts.
Conducts house visits to verify the proper use of loan proceeds.
Assists clients/beneficiaries in preparation of insurance claims documentation.
Assists clients in preparing documents for resignation or partial withdrawal.
Updates the center notebook, center logbook, and passbooks of all centers handled during collections.
Updates and posts all collected center payments using the collection app.
Prepares cash flow and center loan approval sheets for centers scheduled for release.
Monitors client repayment and center performance, ensuring high collection rates and minimal delinquency.
Maintains and grows the number of active borrowers and the total loan portfolio in line with branch targets.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of all client transactions and loan accounts.
Identifies client needs and offers relevant financial services to build long-term client relationships.
Achieves monthly performance targets, including the following:
Number of active borrowers
Target collection rate
Maximum number of active centers
Minimum required loan portfolio volume
Performs cash counting in the absence of other authorized staff.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned to support branch operations and the bank’s overall goals.
