Chat Support Representative

Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through chat and messaging platforms
Assist customers with concerns, account inquiries, and basic troubleshooting
Provide accurate, clear, and professional responses
Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction
Document customer concerns and resolutions in the system
Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards
Basic Qualifications:
Must be a College Graduate / Associate / Vocational (2-year course) Graduate
With at least 6 months customer-facing or BPO experience
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
