Software QA Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the standardization of QA methodologies.

• Build and modify test plans to be used for testing applications.

• Test applications prior to production to ensure the application performs as expected.

• Perform system integration testing.

• Gather, analyze and document business requirements and functional specifications.

• Execute manual testing based on test plan and report issues.

• Verify resolved fixes from system.

• Other related functions that may be assigned as needed

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Manual Testing.

• Experience creating and executing test cases and test plans.

• Strong knowledge of System Integration Testing (SIT) and defect management.

• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Experience working in Agile or similar software development environments is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related or Computer Science field

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
