Dealer Sales Operations Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinates with dealers in the implementation of strategic business strategies and promotion of Isuzu units and monitors its effectiveness.

  • Reviews and evaluates dealer sales performance and applies countermeasures as necessary.

  • Conducts regular dealer visits and provides assistance on sales concerns.

  • Monitors and prepares accurate reports on the achievement of sales target.

  • Assists in research analysis on current market trends on price, promotional discounting opportunities, and customer behavior.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Business Management or related course.

  • With at least 4 years of related experience; experience in handling sales operations in the automotive industry is an advantage.

  • Demonstrated knowledge in market research and sales analysis.

  • Excellent critical thinking and organizational skills.

  • Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
