System & Process Engineer (Pampanga)

We’re looking for a Construction Systems Engineer to manage and optimize construction systems, ensuring efficient project tracking, cost control, and reporting. This role plays a key part in improving workflows, integrating digital tools, and supporting data-driven decision-making across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance construction management systems and workflows

• Support budgeting, cost control, and project tracking processes

• Ensure accuracy and efficiency of project data and reports

• Collaborate with teams to integrate and standardize systems

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer

• With 5 years of experience in construction or real estate

• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project, and related systems

• Detail-oriented with strong coordination and problem-solving skills
