Restaurant Staff (Server / Receptionist / Bartender / Cashier)
We are seeking vibrant, versatile, and customer-centric professionals to join our pioneer team. As a Restaurant Staff, you will be cross-trained across multiple key Front-of-House roles to ensure our guests receive a seamless dining experience. Whether you are welcoming guests at the door, recommending our signature craft noodles, mixing a refreshing beverage, or processing a payment, your mission is to deliver warmth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Host & Reception: Warmly greet arriving guests, manage seating charts and waitlists efficiently, and handle table turnovers smoothly.
Guest Service & Serving: Guide guests through our unique noodle and dimsum menu, make proactive recommendations, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages promptly.
Beverage Operations: Prepare and present specialty teas, refreshments, and alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks following company recipes and standards.
Cashiering & POS: Efficiently operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, process cash, credit, and e-wallet transactions accurately, and complete daily cash drawer reconciliations.
Store Upkeep: Maintain absolute cleanliness, organization, and proper styling of the dining floor, bar area, and reception counter.
Qualifications:
At least a High School Graduate; College credits or a Diploma in Hospitality/HRM is an advantage.
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a fast-casual dining restaurant, cafe, or hospitality setup.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino.
Basic mathematical and cash-handling proficiency with high integrity.
Dynamic, presentable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment on shifting schedules.
