Lawyer (Cebu Onsite)
Job Description
We are hiring a PH Lawyer to join our team in supporting a US law firm. This role involves high-level legal drafting, strict adherence to technical processes, and contribution to operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, a strong understanding of legal workflows, and a proactive mindset toward process improvement and high-quality legal service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and/or reviewing comprehensive, well-structured, and persuasive demand letters for cases across multiple states in the US;
Analyzing complex medical records, treatment summaries, police reports, and incident documentation to develop clear case narratives and liability statements, and present damages effectively;
Assisting with workload distribution and task assignments among agents and support staff to ensure balanced caseload;
Contributing to the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of standard templates and knowledge databases;
Assisting in the development and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and workflow guides;
Participating in quality control reviews, providing constructive feedback and revisions aligned with established drafting standards and client expectations;
Supporting the training and professional development of agents and support staff by sharing best practices, conducting knowledge-sharing sessions, and mentoring;
Assisting in the preparation of performance reports, including the tracking of productivity, case volumes, and quality metrics to support operational oversight;
Participating in special projects and other legal support initiatives as required, based on evolving business and client needs
Requirements:
Member of the PH Bar in good standing;
With effective communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to draft clear and professional legal documents;
Has strong attention to detail and high standards of accuracy;
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision;
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.);
Willing to work in an Outsourcing Company;
Amenable to work onsite and on a graveyard shift to align with the US timezone;
Comfortable working in a client-facing capacity.
