What You'll Do
· Handle Finance & Accounting inquiries (billing, invoices, payments, account reconciliation, financial transactions) in both English and Mandarin via phone, email, or written correspondence
· Translate and interpret Finance & Accounting documents, reports, requirements, and communications between English and Mandarin
· Coordinate with internal Finance teams to resolve queries and escalations efficiently and accurately
· Support accounts payable/receivable, month-end close activities, and financial reporting tasks
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and supporting documentation in compliance with financial procedures and data privacy standards
· Assist in Quality Assurance and continuous process improvement initiatives within Finance & Accounting operations
· Research and compile business, financial, and technical terminologies to support translation quality and team capability
· Support cross-training on ERP and financial systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and other tools as required
· Contribute to bilingual capability development through coaching or language support activities
· Perform other Finance, Accounting, and language-related tasks as assigned
What You'll Need
· Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) — essential for this role
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; undergraduates with strong bilingual proficiency are welcome to apply
· Experience in Finance & Accounting, Shared Services, Customer Service, or BPO environments is an advantage
· Knowledge of billing, accounts payable/receivable, or general financial processes is a plus
· Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint; knowledge of ERP/financial systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is advantageous
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
· Ability to work collaboratively across multicultural and cross-functional teams
· Willingness to work flexible schedules including shifting arrangements as required
· Experience with translation tools or bilingual service desk environments
· High attention to numerical accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed service environment
