FOOD COURT COUNTER CREW

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and assisting customers at the food court counter

• Taking and processing customer orders accurately

• Preparing and serving food and beverages according to established recipes and standards

• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

• Restocking and replenishing food and supplies as needed

• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns

• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

• Supporting the wider food court team as needed

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in food service industry

• Ability to work efficiently and maintain a high level of attention to detail

• Familiarity with basic food preparation and service procedures

• Good time management and multitasking skills

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and during peak hours

• Commitment to providing excellent customer service
