Territory Stations Officer - NCR/GMA Rizal
Responsible for managing activities related to stations such as manpower requirement, observation of competitor strategies, handling customer service, and meeting target sales of the station.
Directly reporting to Operations Manager and provides detailed reports to Stations Directress.
Observes competitor strategies within the assigned region
Monitors day to day operation concerns of the covered area.
Discover sales opportunities through customer research
Outlines efficient sales strategies
Responds to customer complaints with solution from the company
Handles Area Supervisors. Ensures all operational concerns reported on station visit reports are addressed and given immediate attention
