Industrial Engineer
Job description:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support project studies and operational initiatives.
Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of continuous improvement projects across operations.
Participate in various operational activities such as process testing, validation, training, and performance assessments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and process optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in industrial engineering processes, including optimization, workflow improvement, and efficiency analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Basic knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as time and motion studies, line balancing, process audits, continuous improvement, root cause analysis, capacity planning, and process optimization.
With exposure or experience in a manufacturing or operations environment is an advantage.
