Area Supervisor - Cavite
Responsible for the achievement of the sales of the station including the proper maintenance of products and services based on standards and ensures that quality products are available in the station at all times
Standard Operations and Compliance
Maintains proper handling of product to avoid shrinkage and pilferage..
Ensures compliance with all receiving (fuel and supplies) guidelines at all times.
Ensures that security measures and control are in place at all times.
Ensures that quality products are available in the station at all times.
Ensures that the station, both in the forecourt area and the office maintain good housekeeping at all times.
Ensures that all areas of responsibility are kept clean and tidy according to the highest sanitary and cleanliness standards.
Monitors the movement and recommends disposal of substandard products.
Ensures that all governmental requirements related to retail station are complied and properly handled.
Maintenance of station's cleanliness and orderliness.
Safety and Security
Ensures that all security measures and control are in place at all times.
Ensures that all security personnel are properly equipped to handle security issues in the store.
Provides adequate monitor of performance of all security personnel and ensures that sub-standard performance is acted upon accordingly.
Submits punctually accurate reports of all security status and concerns.
Ensures that all security personnel are adequately equipped to conduct proper handling of all customer service and pilferage issues and concerns that may arise in the station.
Manpower Management
Helps training team solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.
Ensures proper implementation of Employee Discipline and company rules to all direct reports.
Acts as a role model in complying with company policies and ensures that staff comply with all policies and work requirements at all times.
Reviews individual performance and identify training and development needs.
Involves on hiring assessment and execution of station turn over procedures in connection with stations supervisor's accountability and responsibility and exit of supervisors and all forecourt personnel.
Preparation and administration of opening New Stations
Involves on construction price listing with Engineering Team.
Overseeing Station pre-opening preparations:
- Competitors' pump price survey
- Competitors' forecourt personnel salary survey
- Competitors' operating hours survey
- Coordination and scheduling of station pre opening activities
