About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team at our Makati, Metro Manila location. This is a full-time position offering an attractive salary of up to 27,000 PHP. As a CSR, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, providing outstanding support and building strong relationships with our clients. This role is open to all candidates, and importantly, we do not require a mock call as part of our selection process. Your primary focus will be delivering excellent customer service whilst maintaining professionalism and efficiency in a fast-paced call centre environment.

Key responsibilities

  1. Answering incoming customer calls and providing prompt, courteous and professional assistance

  2. Resolving customer enquiries, complaints and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner

  3. Processing customer requests accurately, including orders, account updates and service modifications

  4. Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in our systems

  5. Following company policies, procedures and quality standards consistently

  6. Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery

  7. Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and suggesting process improvements

  8. Meeting performance targets for call handling, customer satisfaction and productivity metrics

  9. Handling multiple tasks efficiently whilst maintaining a professional demeanour under pressure


What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and listen actively to customer needs

  2. Customer service experience, whether in a call centre environment or similar customer-facing role

  3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues

  4. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

  5. Reliable attendance and punctuality, with the flexibility to work scheduled shifts

  6. Proficiency in using computer systems and multitasking in a dynamic environment

  7. A positive attitude, patience and empathy when interacting with customers

  8. Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, products and procedures

  9. Basic typing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications

  10. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred
