Inventory and Maintenance Staff
JOB SUMMARY
The Inventory and Maintenance Staff is responsible for providing logistical support to Gaming Operations such as setting up of gaming tables and changing layout based on operational requirements. He/She is also responsible for the inventory and maintenance of gaming supplies and equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up gaming tables and equipment for tournaments
Change layout based on operational requirements
Perform troubleshooting on gaming equipment
Repair gaming tables, chairs, cabinets, and other furniture
Report equipment requiring major repair or replacement
Build furniture and other items required by Gaming Operations
Perform regular inventory/count of gaming supplies and equipment
Pick up requested supplies from the General Store
Ensure pit stands have sufficient gaming supplies and forms
Maintain cleanliness and security of storage room
Assist contractors/suppliers during set up and delivery of
products/materials
Transfer all used cards from gaming area to card room
Assist the Card Room Supervisor in card room inventory and maintenance
Treat customers with the utmost courtesy, diplomacy, and respect in adherence to the Casino Service Policy
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must be at least a High School graduate
Has at least one (1) year work experience in a similar role
Experience in hotel and/or gaming industry is an advantage
Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays and/or weekends
Amenable to work in smoking environment
Adaptable and can handle stressful and high pressure situations
Works effectively in a team
