Admin Associate (Open for Fresh Graduate - Business Ad/IT)
Job Summary
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Associate to provide operational, administrative, and data management support. The role involves handling records, inventory monitoring, account management, reporting, and various business support functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update operational databases and records.
Monitor inventory and account-related information.
Prepare reports, trackers, and documentation.
Assist in financial and system administration tasks.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding operational requirements.
Support service fulfillment activities and process improvements.
Perform administrative and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, Systems Management, or related fields.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Experience in data management, reporting, or administrative support is an advantage.

OUR DETAILED SERVICES INCLUDE:
Payroll Administration and Management – ASTICOM will be responsible for the overall payroll management of the client's employee. This service includes the implementation of Asticom's very own payroll system.
Outsourcing/Shared Service Model – ASTICOM will enter an engagement with the client wherein Asticom will act as a service provider that will directly manage operations (people, tools of work, productivity, and others).
Staffing Services – ASTICOM will enter an agreement with the client as the principal. Asticom's project employees shall be deployed to the client for the duration if the engagement.
