You will manage collection of due and overdue payments, resolve billing issues, and drive process efficiency. Responsible for end-to-end collection activities, reducing AR balances, and maintaining professional communication with internal and external stakeholders while delivering excellent customer service.


Role: Finance Accounts Receivable Specialist (Collections)
Location: Cebu (Offers relocation package)
Work Set-up: 3 days onsite, 2 days work from home; during probationary period – full onsite
Shift: Day Shift and Mid Shift
Offer: Competitive package, negotiable (to be discussed during interview)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any accounting-related course

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business-to-Business Accounts Receivable Collections required.

  • Strong knowledge of collection processes and AR Policies & Procedures.

  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel required.
