E-Commerce Key Account Officer (Beauty Retail)
The E-Commerce Key Account Officer will be in charge of leading and growing our online retail brands across major e-commerce platforms. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, optimizing digital visibility, managing key marketplace relationships, and executing strategic campaigns that strengthen brand presence and profitability.
Our ideal candidate combines strong account management skills with analytical thinking, digital commerce expertise, and a deep understanding of the beauty retail landscape.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
At least 3 years work experience in e-commerce, key account management, or digital sales, preferably within beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or FMCG industries.
Strong understanding of online marketplaces and beauty retail platforms.
Experience managing retailer relationships and driving online commercial growth.
Proficiency in Excel, sales analytics, and reporting tools.
Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and e-commerce KPIs.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
