Aircon Technician (HVAC) - BGC Taguig

The Opportunity

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP.' is seeking an experienced Aircon Technician/HVAC to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As an Aircon Technician/HVAC, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, ensuring the comfort and efficiency of our client's facilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration units

2. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems, identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner

3. Perform installations, repairs, and replacements of air conditioning and refrigeration components

4. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities

5. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

6. Provide excellent customer service to our clients
