Electronic Engineer

About the role

WRN Health Incorporated is seeking a talented Electronic Engineer to join our engineering team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of electronic systems and components for our healthcare solutions. As an Electronic Engineer, you will be at the forefront of innovation, contributing to projects that directly impact patient care and healthcare delivery. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.

Key responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and test electronic circuits and systems for healthcare applications and medical devices

2. Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for new electronic projects and product enhancements

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and quality assurance departments to ensure seamless integration of electronic components

4. Perform simulations and analysis using industry-standard electronic design tools and software

5. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including schematic diagrams, circuit designs, and testing protocols

6. Troubleshoot and resolve electronic component failures and performance issues

7. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and industry best practices in electronic engineering

8. Participate in quality assurance testing and validation of electronic systems before product release

9. Support manufacturing and field implementation of electronic designs

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

2. Proven experience in electronic circuit design and PCB layout development

3. Proficiency with electronic design software such as EAGLE, Altium Designer, KiCad, or similar CAD tools

4. Strong understanding of microcontrollers, microprocessors, and embedded systems

5. Experience with testing and measurement equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers

6. Knowledge of electronic components and their specifications, datasheets, and sourcing

7. Familiarity with healthcare or medical device industry standards and regulations (ISO 13485, FDA requirements, or equivalent)

8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

9. Strong communication and teamwork abilities

10. Experience with firmware development or programming in C/C++ is advantageous

11. Project management experience or familiarity with Agile methodologies is desirable

12. Willing to be assigned in NCR.
