We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer (Fresh Graduate) to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in analyzing business processes, conducting time and motion studies, improving operational efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across various departments.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct time and motion studies to identify productivity improvement opportunities.
Assist in process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation.
Gather and analyze operational data to support process improvement projects.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports.
Recommend improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Support the implementation of process optimization initiatives.
Collaborate with different departments to identify operational bottlenecks.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of Time and Motion Study, Process Improvement, and Productivity Analysis.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement concepts is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work onsite.
Basic knowledge of work measurement techniques.
Understanding of process flow analysis and operational efficiency.
Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
