Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • At least 10 years of experience in systems analysis, application design, development, and maintenance

  • At least 5 years of dedicated experience within the banking sector, demonstrating a deep understanding of core banking operations and regulatory landscapes.

  • Strong background in Solutions Architecture, Systems Design, and Business Process Modeling

  • Experience with Cloud Technologies, AI, Data Platforms, and Digital Transformation initiatives

  • AWS Certification is an advantage but not required

  • Willing to travel

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead application and solution architectures aligned with business and enterprise strategies

  • Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for projects

  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with enterprise standards

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to deliver successful technology solutions

  • Drive innovation, process improvements, and architecture governance practices
