Branch Supervisor (Flores, Malabon)
Is responsible in overseeing daily operations to ensure the branch meets income, operational, and compliance targets. Key responsibilities include executing strategies for revenue growth, managing loan approvals, motorcycle sales, inventory, and financial processes. The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and efficient handling of customer documentation. Also supports team performance through coaching, recruitment, and staffing, while maintaining a positive work environment. This position drives operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability, while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
At least three (3) years related work experience gained from retail industry
Skills Required:
· Strong leadership and team management abilities.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and cash flow oversight.
· In-depth knowledge of sales, inventory, and loan processes.
· Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and documentation requirements.
