Cluster Sales Supervisor (San Pedro)
The Cluster Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the sales and operational performance of multiple branches within the assigned cluster. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets for motorcycles, parts, and repossessed units through strategic planning and execution of Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities.
Key responsibilities include managing budgets, monitoring staff productivity, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Cluster Head will lead and develop branch teams, enhance customer relationships, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
At least three (3) years related work Managerial and Supervisory experience gained from retail industry.
Skills Required:
· Strong leadership and team management abilities.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and cash flow oversight.
· In-depth knowledge of sales, inventory, and loan processes.
· Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and documentation requirements.
· Ability to drive performance and achieve operational goals.
