Managing Executives' calendars and meetings
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
Screen and direct calls and e-mails
Perform other tasks related to the job
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant of ex-pats
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
Willing to travel for field work when needed
Flexible, creative, and able to work multi-task
