Frontier Tower Associates Philippines, Inc. (“FTAP”) is the leading cellular tower company in the Philippines. As part of the Philippines’ effort to expand cellular phone networks, the Philippines government has licensed FTAP as an independent tower company. We plan to build several thousand cellular towers throughout the Philippines over the next 5 years. Our customers, the major cellular phone networks in the Philippines (Globe, Smart, Dito) rent space on our cellular towers for their antennas so they can provide cellular phone and broadband data services to consumers throughout the Philippines. Increasing the coverage and quality of broadband services over cellular networks is a key priority for our customers and the Philippines’ government to increase economic growth and improve the lives of Filipinos.
