Housekeeping Team Leader
Utility, Housekeeping & Cleanliness
· Oversee all utility and housekeeping operations across dining areas, kitchens, restrooms, storage rooms, staff facilities, and back-of-house spaces
· Maintain immaculate cleanliness, order, and presentation at all times
Laundry Operations
· Manage all laundry functions including uniforms, kitchen linens, service cloths, and specialty items
· Ensure proper washing, handling, storage, and rotation of all linens and uniforms
Inventory & Supplies Control
· Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, chemicals, linens, uniforms, and utility equipment
· Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts
Leadership & Team Management
· Train, schedule, and supervise utility, housekeeping, and laundry staff to ensure work efficiency
· Assign daily tasks, brief staff clearly, and monitor proper execution
Compliance, Safety & Inspection Readiness
· Ensure full compliance with health, hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations
· Enforce correct handling, storage, and use of chemicals and equipment
Facilities, Waste & Asset Care
· Maintain pristine condition of floors, walls, ceilings, furniture, fixtures, and restrooms
· Proactively identify maintenance or safety issues and report for corrective action
