Customer Service Representative - Dispatcher/Route expert
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Service Dispatcher to coordinate customer service requests and field technician assignments. The Dispatcher will receive customer calls, accurately enter service requests into the system, identify the nearest available technician, and assign job orders while optimizing routes to ensure timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls and accurately record service requests.
Enter customer information and job details into the dispatch system.
Identify and assign the most appropriate technician based on location, availability, and skill set.
Coordinate technician schedules and monitor job progress throughout the day.
Provide technicians with job orders, customer details, and recommended routes.
Use route-planning and dispatch software to optimize travel times and service efficiency.
Maintain communication with customers and technicians regarding appointment updates.
Monitor service queues and ensure prompt response to customer concerns.
Maintain accurate records of dispatched jobs and service outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, logistics, scheduling, or call center operations preferred.
Strong data entry and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Must be willing to work in Eastwood Libis and US Schedule
