Admin/HR Officer
Qualifications:
2–10 years of relevant work experience
With Legal Background
Proficient in English communication (written and verbal)
Willing to work onsite in Salcedo, Makati
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office and basic digital tools
Bachelor's degree in any field required
Administrative Work
Handling of bookkeeping tasks including but not limited to check or voucher preparation and petty cash monitoring, fund transfers, payroll vouchers, purchasing etc. in coordination with SEAPCI's Finance Officer and SEAPCI staff.
Handling of HR Functions including but not limited to employee attendance, 201 files, Company, IDs, implementing and recommending revisions of SEAPCI HR Manual, as well as other Rules and Regulations of SEAPCI, etc.
Handling of Office Maintenance tasks including but not limited to overseeing office equipment, office supplies, office repairs, coordinating with building administration, etc.
Compliance for requirements from the Makati City Hall, DOLE, Fire Department, SEC and BIR and other government offices and Agencies in coordination with SEAPCI's Finance Officer and Lawyers if necessary.
3. DMW/POEA Liaison Work
Handling Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), formerly known as the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POEA), functions including but not limited to Foreign Principal initial Accreditation, compliance and renewals, SEAPCI's DMW license renewal and compliance, and ensuring that SEAPCI is fully compliant with DMW rules and regulations.
Basic familiarity with DMW/POEA processes and regulations required
You may assume the position of SEAPCI's Liaison Officer for the DMW and will manage and assign work to SEAPCI's Assistant Liaison Officers.
Other expectations:
Constantly learning and updating your knowledge regarding DMW current and new rules and regulations
Be proactive in assisting colleagues in all functions (ie. finance, recruitment, administration, and other tasks to help grow SEAPCI.
Study and understand SEAPCI operations to be able to fill in for others if necessary.
Make regular observations and suggestions to SEAPCI President and colleagues on streamlining and improving efficiency
Assist JHO when requested for specific steps in the operations process (as needed basis, only upon request)
Assistance on specific tasks, as requested by JHO (i.e. Recruitment events, Christmas party, company outing, etc.)
To answer calls, emails, phone messages from the President, Joel Francisco H. Ong, at any given time (24/7) as well as from colleagues, clients and applicants when required. SEAPCI deals with clients and applicants who are often in different time zones and may require communication and meetings at odd times after office hours.
Availability for emergency communication situations outside regular business hours required
