We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist with Account Management | Customer Success background to join a growing team supporting US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate HR-related processes and employee concerns
Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support
Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in Human Resources
2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or a similar client-facing role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
Comfortable working onsite in Makati and on a night shift schedule (US hours)
Work Setup:
Full Onsite – Makati City
