We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist with Account Management | Customer Success background to join a growing team supporting US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Coordinate HR-related processes and employee concerns

• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources

• 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or a similar client-facing role

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities

• Comfortable working onsite in Makati and on a night shift schedule (US hours)
