Financial Reporting & Analysis
In charge of the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS/local GAAP.
In charge in providing data for group consolidation activities, including intercompany reconciliations.
Perform and review variance analysis, ensuring clear and accurate explanations of financial results for management.
Team Leadership & Review
Supervise and support a team of junior accountants, allocating tasks and reviewing outputs for accuracy and completeness.
Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members to support development and timely delivery of reporting deadlines.
Management Reporting & Analysis
Review financial data, trends, and KPIs to assess business performance.
Prepare management reports and presentations with insightful commentary for senior stakeholders.
Support decision-making through timely and accurate financial analysis.
Budgeting & Forecasting Support
In-charge of the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
Review departmental submissions and ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with group assumptions.
Monitor actual performance against budget and highlight key variances and risks.
Controls, Compliance & Audit
Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal control procedures.
Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including review of audit schedules and responses.
Identify opportunities to strengthen reporting processes and internal controls.
Cost & Performance Management
Review cost analyses and variance reports to support cost control initiatives.
Evaluate the financial impact of operational decisions and support expenditure optimization.
Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with finance and non-finance stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Provide guidance on financial reporting and accounting matters to the wider business.
