HR ASSISTANT - RECRUITMENT

At present, Educar Shared Services, Inc. is looking for an HR Assistant for Recruitment to join our team.
An HR Assistant is responsible for supporting the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating with applicants, maintaining recruitment records, and assisting in onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Involved in a company’s recruiting process.
Specializes in the recruitment of candidates for employment with the company.
Job duties include contacting potential candidates, scheduling interviews, following up during the recruitment process, and updating employee records.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
At least 6 months of experience in the end-to-end recruitment process is a required.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to render overtime if necessary.
Willing to work to in Merville, Parañaque - Onsite.
