Dishwasher
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, washing dishes, and ensuring that our chefs and guests have clean plates, utensils, and equipment ready at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing machines or by hand.
Properly store clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in their designated areas.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness by sweeping, mopping floors, and wiping down countertops.
Empty trash bins and dispose of kitchen waste properly.
Assist kitchen staff with basic food prep setup or heavy lifting when needed.
Follow all sanitation, safety, and health guidelines.
Qualifications
At least a High School graduate or equivalent.
Proven experience as a dishwasher or kitchen steward in a hotel, restaurant, or catering setup is an advantage but fresh graduates/beginners are welcome to apply.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy trays or kitchen stock.
Hardworking, punctual, and can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work in shifts, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
