UK Financial Collections | Virtual Hiring Process | Quezon City Site
We are currently hiring for two roles: UK Financial Collections Specialist and UK Financial Customer Service (Production Agent).
UK Financial Collections Specialist
Location: Eton Centris, Quezon City (100% onsite)
Schedule: Shifting (UK time)
Salary: Up to PHP 29,500 basic + PHP 2,400 allowance (depending on experience)
Employment Type: Voice
Qualifications:
At least High School graduate (old curriculum), Senior High School graduate, or completed at least 2nd year in college
Mandatory: At least 1 year of UK banking, finance, or credit card collections experience (e.g., motor/vehicle/asset finance, property or mortgage loans; insurance not included)
Strong negotiation skills with assertive communication
Knowledgeable in collections and comfortable dealing with international customers
UK Financial Customer Service (Production Agent)
Location: Eton Centris, Quezon City (100% onsite)
Schedule: Shifting (UK time)
Salary: Up to PHP 26,000 package (depending on tenure as an agent)
Employment Type: Voice
Qualifications:
At least High School graduate (old curriculum), Senior High School graduate, or completed at least 2nd year in college
1–2 years of US or UK banking/financial account experience in a contact center
Experience in banking, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or similar roles
Strong problem-solving skills with assertive communication
Knowledgeable in customer service and comfortable dealing with international customers
Preferred: Exposure to UK or US banking, especially in loan origination or motor financing
