The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Global Logistics Analyst for Global Logistics, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

  • Responsible for performing analysis and maintenance of logistic & transportation transactional data

  • Investigating and troubleshooting logistics and transportation issues in collaboration with international stakeholders

  • Analyze logistics, freight, and transportation data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and savings opportunities

  • Maintain accuracy of transport-related master data

  • Identifying improvement opportunities and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives 

  • Proactively identifying, analyzing, and resolving operational issues

  • Close cooperation and follow-up with sources of supply (Manufacturing Plants, Distribution Centers) 

  • Responsible for escalation of issues as needed 

  • Responding to order status enquiries from Customer Service / Business Logistic Services Organizations on a Global level

  • Proactive problem identification and resolution

  • Observe and report process risks to the Supervisor

  • Responsible for completing assigned tasks within agreed SLA targets

  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

  • Key skills – Previous experience working with SAP, knowledge of Spanish language will be an asset

  • Education - bachelor's degree

  • Past experience - Previous experience working with Supply Chain, Transportation, or Logistics.

Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Additional Skills - project management

  • Personal Attributes -  Detailed oriented, communication skills, analytical skills
