Branch Manager - Urdaneta

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing overall branch operations, driving sales growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading branch staff to deliver excellent customer service while meeting business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily branch operations, including staffing, budget, sales, and service targets

  • Lead and motivate branch personnel to maintain a productive work environment

  • Implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and branch funds

  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies

  • Monitor branch performance and implement improvements

  • Handle customer inquiries and escalations

  • Coordinate with regional and head office teams to support organizational goals

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in retail banking management

  • Strong knowledge of banking operations, products, and regulations

  • Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills

  • Track record of achieving sales and service targets

  • Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork
