Maintenance Technician

Deployment: Robinson Cyberpark Mandaluyong

Schedule: Monday to Saturday (8am to 5pm)

Benefits: HMO (Day1), Annual Performance Bonus, VL and SL

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.


Duties And Responsibilities

✅Monitor and ensure that all critical equipment of the facility is in good-running condition via the daily checklist monitoring system.
✅  Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs and perform scheduled maintenance activity based on the approved 52-week program.
✅ Comply with safety procedure and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
✅ Receive and respond quickly to service request and other reported maintenance issues within the premises and provide findings and recommendation to facilities support lead in a timely manner. i.e. air-conditioning temperature, defective outlets in work areas, locker request, etc.
✅ Inspect facility to identify maintenance needs and provide recommendation to Facilities Support Lead and perform necessary action as needed.
