SITE ARCHITECT

The Site Architect will play a crucial role in overseeing architectural aspects of construction projects, ensuring design integrity, and coordinating with construction teams on-site. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architecture, excellent design skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

•  Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

• Licensed Architect with a valid architectural registration.

• Proven experience working as a Site Architect or similar role on construction projects.

• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit is of an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Possesses experience in architectural rendering.

• COSH - Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) - Safety Officer 2

• Willing to be assigned in Cebu and Bacolod City

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with project teams to interpret architectural designs and ensure implementation on-site.

2. Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.

3. Review and provide shop drawings, material samples, and other submittals for compliance with design intent.

4. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve design-related issues and ensure project milestones are met.

5. Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams regarding architectural details, finishes, and materials.

6. Maintain project documentation, including drawing revisions, RFIs, and field reports.

7. Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other applicable standards.

1. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
