Core Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment: Pick up orders from designated restaurants or hubs and deliver them accurately to customer addresses.
Navigation: Utilize GPS maps to plan and navigate the most time- and fuel-efficient routes.
Payment Handling: Collect Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payments, process digital transactions, and issue receipts.
Customer Service: Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor, handle customer inquiries, and resolve delivery issues.
Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine safety checks on your motorcycle (brakes, tires, fluids) to ensure it is roadworthy.
Compliance: strictly adhere to all road regulations and company operating policies. License: Valid Driver's License appropriate for a motorcycle or relevant vehicle.
Vehicle: Reliable, registered, and roadworthy motorcycle with a secure, clean delivery bag.
Navigation Skills: Strong familiarity with the local metro area and proficiency in reading digital maps.
Physical Stamina: Ability to sit or ride for extended periods and lift or carry packages up to 30–50 pounds.
