Position: Bank Security Operations Officer
As a Security Operations Officer, you’ll lead daily security functions, manage surveillance systems, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee security operations across branches and facilities.
Monitor and maintain CCTV, alarms, and fire safety systems.
Conduct risk assessments and implement countermeasures.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for safety compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Criminology or any related field
Experience in banking security operations and systems management.
Knowledge of BSP Circular 620 and regulatory compliance.
Skills in emergency response, incident reporting, and personnel supervision.
