Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager (HVAC)
The ideal candidate must have a sharp commercial instinct with industry-specific technical expertise. You will be responsible for expanding our market footprint, managing client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales process from initial technical consultation through to closing.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and implement localized sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
2. Actively prospect, qualify, and manage a robust B2B sales pipeline.
3. Partner with engineering, facilities, and procurement teams to understand their structural needs and position our technical solutions effectively.
4.Lead the preparation of technical sales proposals, commercial tenders, and competitive bids.
5. Coordinate seamlessly with internal project managers, design engineers, and estimation teams to ensure accurate scopes of work and smooth project handovers.
6. Develop account and sales management reports.
7. Monitor competitive landscapes and market drivers to support strategic, sustainable growth across the product and service portfolio.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
2. HVAC Systems: Deep understanding of commercial HVAC equipment (chillers, VRF systems, air handling units), energy efficiency standards, and building management systems (BMS).
3. Proven history of meeting or exceeding individual or team sales quotas in a B2B technical environment.
4. Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills.
5.Proficient with CRM platforms and project estimation tools.
