P15,000/month (for the first two months: July, August); will transition to a commission basis per school deal they secure starting September

Minimum Qualifications and competencies
Any holder of a Bachelor's degree in Education OR any marketing-related bachelor's degree; preferably those with experience in marketing to schools or educational institutions
Can work under pressure and quickly adaptable to changing decisions; has the patience and mental-emotional stamina to handle and deal with persons with disability (PWD) in the workplace including but not limited to people with autism, bipolar and borderline personality disorders, ADHD, and anxiety disorders
Can confidently persuade strict, aloof, and hesitant school administrators and/or school owners to conduct a Spacetime event in their school
Trustworthy and transparent in handling financial matters
Extremely meticulous; has a keen eye to the smallest of details
Strongly interested in Earth and Space Sciences
Based in Cebu or is willing to stay in Cebu
Preferably fluent in Cebuano (for those who will be assigned in Mindanao or Visayas)
Has the physical and mental fitness to travel often
Team player
Always willing to learn about new things and topics
Proficient in using creative and photoediting software (ex. Canva, Adobe) to produce social media marketing content (e.g., promotional reels, publicity materials); must have own laptop to do so
Can think outside the box to troubleshoot problems
Major responsibilities
Secure accounts with schools in behalf of Laniakea
Persuade administrators to choose Laniakea's programs instead of the competitors'
Ensure a minimum of 5,000 students or higher join Laniakea's mobile science caravans per month; marketer will receive a commission per head
Meticulously prepare arrangements with the school prior to the conduct of an event (ex. venue preparation, things that students need to prepare, arrange for staff lodging, orient Laniakea’s logistics and operations head about the school’s requirements, schedule, and needs, etc.)
Implement promotional campaigns through various means such as conducting room-to-room visits (if needed), design and distribution of brochures, creation of promotional videos and reels for Laniakea's Facebook page, among other tasks
Tenure
Project-based for at least this school year, regularization conditional on excellent performance and behavior
