We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly professional Verification Specialist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for reviewing, validating, and verifying customer information, ensuring records are accurate, complete, and compliant with company requirements.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to confidently interact with customers through phone, email, and online channels. This position is well-suited for individuals with experience in customer service, administrative support, verification, or back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Information Verification
Verify customer personal, employment, and contact information.
Review submitted documents for completeness and accuracy.
Confirm customer details through phone calls, email correspondence, and online systems.
Identify discrepancies and request additional information when necessary.
Application Review & Validation
Review applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure all required information is properly provided and documented.
Follow established verification procedures and quality standards.
Coordinate with customers to resolve incomplete or inconsistent information.
Documentation & Record Management
Maintain organized and confidential customer records.
Update verification logs, trackers, and internal databases.
Prepare reports and status updates as required.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all systems.
Coordination & Escalation
Work closely with internal departments to resolve application concerns.
Escalate complex, incomplete, or suspicious cases for further review.
Provide timely updates on verification status and outstanding requirements.
Support process improvements and compliance initiatives.
Customer Communication
Communicate professionally and effectively with customers regarding verification requirements.
Answer basic inquiries and provide clear guidance on required documentation.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Build trust and positive customer experiences through effective communication.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in customer service, administrative support, verification, data processing, or back-office operations is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required.
Strong phone handling and customer interaction skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and database systems.
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
