IT Project Manager (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing IT projects that support digital services and enterprise technology solutions. This role ensures that project scope, schedule, cost, and integration align with business objectives while effectively managing vendor relationships and stakeholder expectations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within IT, digital services, or enterprise technology environments.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban; experience with traditional project management approaches is also welcome.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar platforms.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud technologies, APIs, and enterprise systems is an advantage.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables effectively.
Experience working with vendors, external partners, or third-party providers is a plus.
Agile, PMP, PRINCE2, or related certifications are advantageous but not required.
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD practices, or IT service management frameworks (ITIL/ITSM) is a plus.
Candidate must be willing to work Hybrid at Makati City and can start ASAP or After 2 Weeks
