Education:

Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Law or equivalent


Training:

8 hrs of training relevant to the job.


Experience:

2 yrs. Of relevant work experience

Job Descriptions:

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Laws relating to land titles and deeds; obligations and contracts

  • Jurisprudence relating to housing and corporate financing

  • Loans and mortgage examination

  • Legal research and writing

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Decision making

SCOPE OF WORK:

  • Review of loan and mortgage documents under the CMP as to their validity, legality, enforceability, and acceptability based on the CMP policies and guidelines

  • Provides assistance in the resolution of legal issues regarding loan documents specifically collateral and ownership of the property

  • Coordinates with other government agencies on issues regarding loan documents, stakeholders, and in securing documentary requirements (with Registry of Deeds, BIR, DENR, LRA, Local Government Unit)

  • Capacitates CAs/CMP-Ms thru conduct of orientation on CMP programs, policies, and processes for lot acquisition, site development and house construction loan

  • Assists CA/CMP-M in completion of full requirements in compliance to legal findings

  • Reviews compliance to findings

  • Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time
