REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Laws relating to land titles and deeds; obligations and contracts
Jurisprudence relating to housing and corporate financing
Loans and mortgage examination
Legal research and writing
Excellent communication skills
Decision making
SCOPE OF WORK:
Review of loan and mortgage documents under the CMP as to their validity, legality, enforceability, and acceptability based on the CMP policies and guidelines
Provides assistance in the resolution of legal issues regarding loan documents specifically collateral and ownership of the property
Coordinates with other government agencies on issues regarding loan documents, stakeholders, and in securing documentary requirements (with Registry of Deeds, BIR, DENR, LRA, Local Government Unit)
Capacitates CAs/CMP-Ms thru conduct of orientation on CMP programs, policies, and processes for lot acquisition, site development and house construction loan
Assists CA/CMP-M in completion of full requirements in compliance to legal findings
Reviews compliance to findings
Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time
