WELDER
Perform MIG (Gas Metal Arc Welding) and TIG (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding) on aluminum materials.
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical layouts to ensure products meet exact project specifications.
Cut, deburr, and shape aluminum profiles for custom windows, doors, and partitions.
Align components correctly prior to welding to prevent warping or structural distortion.
Measure and cut architectural glass (e.g., tempered, laminated, or insulated) to fit flawlessly into aluminum frames.
Apply sealants, weatherstripping, and gaskets to ensure installations are waterproof, airtight, and structurally sound.
Assemble final products and install mounting hardware (hinges, locks, and handles).
