Location: This is an onsite role where you’ll work 5 days a week in the office. Our office location is at 10th and 11th Floor Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605
Position Overview
The Facilities Administrator I will be responsible for the overall smooth operation of the office facility ranging from employee/department administrative support, government clearances, procurement and inventory control, record management, and workplace safety.
What you’ll do at Insight
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Ensure compliance with DENR regulations and maintain all required environmental certifications.
Support workplace safety by helping implement and uphold safety procedures and guidelines.
Oversee facility operations and housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized work environment.
Coordinate with PEZA regarding local and national disposal requirements and related compliance processes.
Work closely with building administration on repairs, maintenance activities, and other facility‑related needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to join Insight
Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration or a related field from a four‑year college or university.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with evolving requirements and a strong focus on operational goals.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated alignment with company values and operating principles.
Core Requirements
Experience providing administrative support in a BPO environment or similar setting
Experience with local government and PEZA permits, clearances, and compliance processes
Familiarity with project or task management tools
DENR Pollution Control Officer (PCO) Certification
Safety Officer (at least Level 2 / BOSH)
