Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree graduate in any business-related, information technology, or relevant field;
Open for Fresh graduates;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel and Word;
Excellent typing speed with a high level of accuracy;
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information;
Can work independently and under minimal supervision.
Job Responsibilities
Accurately encode, update, and maintain company records and databases.
Verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before entry.
Organize and manage electronic and physical documents.
Prepare and generate reports as required by management.
Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of records and documents.
Coordinate with various departments regarding data and documentation requirements.
Perform administrative and clerical duties related to data management.
Carry out other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
