Production Team Leader

We're looking for Production Unit Head (Team Leader) to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have an experience to work with a pioneering team of one of the biggest FMCG group. The Production Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of production workers to ensure that production goals, safety standards, and quality requirements are met.

Duties:

• Manage daily production schedules, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets.

• Identify areas for improvement in production processes and work with management to implement changes that enhance efficiency and reduce costs

• Monitor and track key production metrics (e.g., output, waste, downtime) and report performance to management

• Address any operational issues or equipment breakdowns that may affect the production schedule, collaborating with maintenance or technical teams when necessary

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure all team members adhere to workplace safety regulations and guidelines

• Ensure that materials and equipment are available for production runs and manage inventory levels effectively

• Conduct training sessions for new employees and provide ongoing coaching to team members to improve their skills and performance

• Ensure that all production output meets quality standards and adheres to company guidelines and safety regulations

• Supervise and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high levels of performance, motivation, and teamwork

Qualifications:

• At least a graduate of Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent

• With at least 1 year of admin support experience preferably in a manufacturing or distribution industry

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

• Strong organization and time management skills
